3.Select your mode of payment and we will be sending you notifications on how you can redeem your order/purchase.

Do I need to register before availing?

Yes, for your to avail our latest and hottest promos. You must register first on our website.

I forgot my password, How do I reset it?

You can click Forgot password from the sign-in page. Enter the email address you used to create the account and an email will be sent with a link you can use to reset your password

I want to change my contact details, how do I do this?

Log into your account, click My Account at the upper right button of our page and manage your Online account.

Are my details secure?

Yes. Tcat Philippines take your privacy seriously. We store any information you give us securely and we use high-level technology to secure online transactions. Tcat Philippines does not store your personal credit card information by any means.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit card payments, Cash on delivery, Paypal, online and offline banking.

Do you deliver overseas?

At this point of time we do not deliver overseas.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge P55 for areas within Metro Manila and P100 for areas outside Metro Manila

How long will it take to deliver my purchase?

Orders can be delivered 2-3 days for areas within Metro Manila and 4-5 days for areas outside Metro Manila.

Can I exchange an item that was purchased online?

We allow exchange of item/s in case to case basis. You can visit our Return and Refund Policy page for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Changes or cancellations of order for delivery can be made by contacting our Customer Service Team within 24 hours. We aim to dispatch your items as quickly as possible and if your order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to make any changes.

What is this Tcat Truck Icon?

- Products with the truck icon are gathered in our distribution center.
- Checking the quality of all products being done and making sure for a faster delivery.
- One time delivery fee on all ordered products with icon per transaction.

I saw this icon on some deals, What is this for?

Items with this Icon are valid for Cash-on-Delivery payment.

Can I check the item before paying COD?

We require our valued customers to pay the COD amount to our third party courier before opening and trying on their items. For security purposes.

Can I authorize someone else to receive and pick up my order?

Yes, anyone you wish can accept or redeem your order. Representatives, must present his/her ID, a photocopy of your Id, and authorization letter.(Not applicable for COD)

How can I process my refund?

Upon approval of your refund, We can process it through Credit Card Reversal, Tcat Credit or Cash Deposit. Modes of Refund will be based on the type of payment method used.

How can I return my product?

Faulty/Defective products can be returned within 7 working days. This can be made by contacting our Customer Service Team for instructions. You can visit our Return and Refund Policy page for more information.
